2. The DISC ASSESSMENT
The DISC assessment examines how an individual ranks in the four areas of behavior – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. Designed for both individuals who want to identify and maximize their strengths and motivators, and organizations looking to integrate high-performance teams. DISC stands for the four primary personality traits the test measures. Everyone has these four characteristics, but the strength of each varies depending on the person. The test and results are non-judgmental and help those who take it respond to conflict, resolve problems and discover what lies behind their common habits or working styles.

3. The 16PERSONALITY TESTS
As one of the most popular personality models, the 16-Personality Test (based on the types of Jung, Myers, & Briggs) can tell you which of the 16 types you are most likely to identify with, giving you broad, useful insights about your thinking. Learning about the 16-personality types can help you better understand why people act and speak in certain ways, and, in turn, allow you to relate more to others and communicate more effectively with them.
