MEET DR JOE MOLETE
Hi, I am Dr Joe Molete, (PhD, MBA) – popularly known as Dr Joe. I am a speaker, coach, facilitator, healer, and a strategist. I am passionate about coaching leaders so that they are happy both at work and at home. I spent more than 20 years motivating and coaching leaders as well as supporting technology companies to develop strategies to innovate and increase market share
There is no need for you to reinvent the wheel. I have studied successful people over the last 20 years and have created content to support you achieve your greatness. As your coach, I will help you navigate the ups and downs of life and make sure you achieve your dreams.

MY EXPERIENCE
My work experience includes more than 20 years of work experience in eight different science and technology companies. I worked in fields such as HIV, Stem Cells, biopharmaceuticals, agro-processing, and additive manufacturing. I worked for 12 years in the USA. In all these companies I developed organizational strategies, supported scientists conduct research, and take their innovations to the marketplace.
I also nurtured my passion for nurturing leaders and entrepreneurs over the last 15 years. I offered motivational talks, facilitated workshops on leadership, strategy, and enterprise development as well as coached many professionals.
For the last 5 years, I have been working to transform academic institutions so that they remain relevant in the 4IR world. I enjoy working with young people and supporting them craft a better future for themselves.
